poor service liberty life

i am really frastrauted with Liberty life poor service.

my aunt passed away on the 27th September.21 i called them and informed them. i sumbitted a claim on the 28th Septemeber.21 .

i have been calling them i cannot be assist.

the funeral is Saturday the 8th Oct.21 and still no payment from them.

please assist in escalating matter to Insurance ombudsman.
