Poor service from Liberty life

Good Day Am Nomusa Priscilla Nxumalo I have a funeral policy with liberty I submitted a death claim on the 7th of April 2022 I have not received any feedback every time I call the call centre I speak to a different agent who will give me the same answer awaiting feedback from claims department or the claim is still being assessed no feedback....I don't know what to do now cause I have to pay people I borrowed money from for the funeral what liberty is doing is not fair
