Poor service from Liberty employee

I have never received such poor customer service!! I was dealing with a lady named Debbie in the pension fund terminations department. she was condescending rude and so arrogant, she screamed at me over the phone, she didnt let me get a word in to try and explain my situation to her as she advised before she has never delt with a case like mine, when i told her she didnt have to scream at me and asked for my chance to talk she continued to tell me that i dont listen, i then insisted on talking to a manager and her answer was no, i must listen to her, eventually i put the phone down, i refuse to be spoken to like that!! Liberty, the manor that your staff talks to people is disgusting!!
