POOR SERVICE FROM AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP

I have been trying to contact liberty corporate for the past 7 days to sort out a tax directive that was submitted incorrectly by them. Each time I call the call centre the agent can not assit me and refuse to submit the correct tax certificate to SARS No one is willing to help me resolve my issue.
