Poor service for Liberty Life

Guys please be aware.... Liberty life is a ****, Liberty life is good at deducting money but a failer when coming to claims.

We had a refund due to us for R1512,50 from the policy that we canceled. We submitted every documentation needed for us to be refunded on the 10th April 2022. Waiting turn around time was 48 hours for us to receive our fund. Today, 52 May 2022, as I am writing this complain, I followed up and was told that the authorization was done and sent for payment. Finance departments indicate that there was no funds to be refunded, really? Our refund took almost 2 months, authorization was made and now finance is saying there are no funds to be released? Can liberty be fair to us please. This people are waisting our time, airtime to follow up and they are not even bothering to update us.

Anyone looking to take policy with liberty please stop and go somewhere else. If I am struggling with only refund, how about a death claim.. meaning it will take a year to recieve money while the body is stuck at the mutuary.
