POOR SERVICE FOR LIBERTY EMPLOYEES BY LIBERTY CORPORATE!!

I am very FRUSTRATED with Liberty Corporate!!!!!

Late November, I submitted a withdrawal request for both my pension and provident funds. The pension fund was proceed in a timely manner (thank heavens), but the provident fund is still outstanding. I had submitted the requests in time to address financial commitments I was anticipating into the holiday period. These are now due, and I am still waiting. Since Monday 11 Dec, I have been calling the call centre, and NOBODY is available to help me. I am an ex-employee, and that servicing team IS NEVER available. I have left voicemails, calls - nothing! PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!
