Poor service

The service levels at Liberty has deterioted to such an extend it can be equated to some of the Govt institutions.

The service level of the group is a shadow of what it was in the past.

I have some numerous mail to the *** regarding some queries on my policy and the silence is deafening....is this a sign of the end of Liberty?
