• What's the process to increase RA DO to R400 per month • What's the process if i wish to transfer my RA to another company (e.g. Sanlam) and what are the charges applicable?

and to this day i am still waiting for a response - all i get is irritating sms/emails telling me of debit dates being affected by public holidays, like i don't know that after soo many years of being a client
