Poor service

My name is Dineo Chaka. I have been waiting for my Provident fund funds since in May, Liberty has been asking me fix my papers because of certain errors made on the paperwork, I have fixed the errors with my previous company and I try calling them to see how far they are with the process but no answer. At least if they can get back to me and update me about the process but they don't. Very poor service.
