Poor service - Call center non existence

Does your short-term insurance still exist? Since 3 weeks ago I have been calling to make changes to my vehicle insurance policy it always goes to standard insurance and always wants to take a message promising someone will call me back I have called more than 10X, I have sold my car I want cancel the policy.
