Poor service by liberty life

Liberty is giving me headache....I took insurance in February 2020, i was instructed to take my car for inspection at the nearest glasfit, i did and glasfit told me that they will not give mefor the inspection sheet but they will send to liberty.

Now when I'm registering a claim,they are telling me to submit the inspection sheet,since glasfit doesn't not have it.

Liberty is demanding proof of fixing a car on 2019 after the previous insurance refused to repair the car,,,,

I must also prove that i was not drunk when the accident happened....

I feel like I'm being mistreated really...

Why did they take my premiums since February if they were not satisfied to serve me?
