Poor service and no payout since I have surrendered my invested

Hellopeter I have had the worse experience with this company. I have requested a surrender form of my investment because of poor service. They had sent me forms to fill in October and documents they need. I have filled them and guess what? They keep sending me an email saying there is form missing. Checked my email and all forms I have submitted. Have sent an email again this month with all details they need and they sent another form which was debit order form. Since I have RA with them, I have sent it once again. Reminded them of my investment that I needed because of their poor service. They have yet sent the very same email saying missing documents. I have vented with them telling them that they must stop playing me coz it seems like they don't value their customers. Another email of acknowledgement was sent to me and yet once again same email saying documents missing. They don't even bother to call back. I have called them before venting about this and nothing has been done. I am so sick and tired to my skull of this company. They are frustrating me so much because I have plans and they are not taking me seriously. These people are not taking their customers seriously. My hope is with Hello Peter now because I need my money coz they also debited on my account this month even after I have sent the forms. ***
