Poor Service

Pathetic Customer service, Request logged for withdrawal, required documents provided, turn around time exceeded, no feedback from Liberty.

Complaints logged no response or attempts to resolve.

Operations manager and escalations process followed no feedback , but automated response. This is the worst service ever received. I need to add that on almost all my follow up requests the consultants who was assigned to me or the call centre was unprofessional/rude and showed and no intention of resolve my issue.
