Poor Service

My name is Refiloe ****ubje, I am a client of Capital Alliance. I am very stressed and frustrated, Capital Alliance a division of Liberty has abused me for about 3months now with no salary as I’m on disability leave. First they requested a medical report, I had to pay for it and submitted it as per their request. They then responded and said they decline because it was insufficient information, they then gave me another medical report and assessment for all the doctors that were seeing me to complete. I was seen by 3 specialists which are my main doctor Psychiatrist, Psychologist and Occupational The****** of which they all need money for reports and I don’t have it because I’m not receiving any salary for about 3 months now. I feel this is unfair because I was paying the insurance every month and even now I’m still paying for insurance with Capital Alliance. I’m suffering from depression and anxiety, they are causing me more stress to a point that I even relapsed. My medication is extremely expensive for 2weeks I buy medication for almost R1000 and now I have to go pay for the documents they are now requesting again.. where on earth do they think I get the money to pay all these specialists for the reports they want in order to approve my claim. I don’t understand why they didn’t give me all the documents they want at once, when it’s submission date they always give me stories about other assessments from my doctor and say the information my doctor gave them is insufficient. My doctor is even tired of they requests because he always provides all the information and details they ask for. Capital Alliance should learn to treat their ill clients with respect and empathy. The easiest thing they should have done is to give me all the documents they want at once not a bit by bit when they are supposed to approve my claim and pay me. I’m sick and tired of Capital Alliance a division of Liberty. Please people help me. I’m in need and I’m sick. You can imagine how frustrating this is on top that I’m going through the most. How will I heal when I’m so stressed out and frustrated. Capital Alliance has abused me. Help please...
