Poor Service

Poor service I put in a funeral cover claim with Liberty life on 2020-09-16. All the documents were received by them on the same day, they even sent me an email confirming that they received the documents. I called them to make sure if everything was there and they assured me that a consultant will contact me shortly and that the payout should be made in less than 24hours. As i am writting this review, i have sent several emails requesting feedback, nobody has contacted me up until now. The funeral is tomorrow and i even had to borrow some money from friends and family (very embarasing if you have a funeral policy) and friends. I am so disappointed to say the least.
