Poor Service

I submitted an emigration withdrawal for a client, Tax Directive was app**** for in May 2023, for some reason it has not come back Liberty just keeps saying, still await Manual Taxx Directive it is August surely this should have been escalated already. Tax Directive for Non Tax Resident takes 21 days not 21 months.
