Poor service

I submitted a withdrawal request from my Evolve Preservation Fund to Liberty on the 27th of August 2024. While I received confirmation and communication that my request was being processed, the funds have still not been deposited into my account. This issue has now been ongoing for almost a month.

Over the past several weeks, I have repeatedly followed up and have been given conflicting information, including errors about the amount I can withdraw. Liberty has also stated multiple times that they are waiting for a SARS tax directive, yet there has been no progress.

I escalated this issue to the complaints department and am still waiting for feedback from them. I am now very concerned that the funds are not being handled correctly and request that this matter be thoroughly investigated. The ongoing delay is unacceptable, and I would appreciate urgent attention to resolve the matter.
