Poor Service

I have been calling and sending emails since last month and i haven't been assisted since, the only response i get is a consultant telling me they will give me a feedback and its been almost 2 weeks and still waiting for the feedback but getting nothing, and reading other reviews clearly makes me lose all hope because they don't even reply. Sad
