POOR SERVICE

Last year I changed banks from Absa to FNB , reason I was using my husband account so I needed to get my own account . The FNB banker and myself called all the company's regarding the change of banking details , for the debit orders to go through. I have 4 life policy with Liberty that I have taken for the following people: my mum inlaw, my mum and aunt. Liberty have been joining all the debit orders when we changed the details ,this was not suppose to be . they was supposed to debit each policy on its own .I noticed that 1 policy did not get debited and I emailed my broker and liberty , I even called , got reference and correcpondence. My broker was asked to do urine test on my aunt and other documents needed to be filled just for us to reinstate the policy . Everytime I emailed to followup when the policy would be reinstated I was told all we need to do is pay the outstanding which was done and now to be told that they have declined after giving me the run around , I honestly don't think its fair as I have had the policy for a long time and to be told that's its declined is very disappointing .
