Poor Service

I had wrote a review about Liberty yesterday I was contacted quite fast regarding my complaint about my one policy not being paid out , however I was promised to be contacted by the end of yesterday & its now 14:00 and no one has called to inform regarding ,y complaint ?

so unless you complain on Hello Peter no one keeps you updated ?
