POOR PRODUCT & SERVICE PERFORMANCE - NO TCF AT LIBERTY

Sent an email to Liberty on the 25th August and no response to date! I just received an update regarding my two RA policies and I am shocked at the difference from June 2020 – Aug 2021 I cannot believe how my benefits have GROSSLY DECREASED since last year! What is the benefit of me then having this Policies! On my Paid up Policy - There is a 60% Decrease in retirement value which is utterly shocking, whilst there is a 18% increase noted in the death benefit On my Active Policy - There is a 38% Decrease in retirement value and a small increase in the Death benefit I did not take out this policy to watch the Death Benefit grow, this was a retirement policy and I am asking for Clarity as to how this deceases are justified and what happens while the Annual premium is increasing by 10% and the retirement benefit decreasing - THIS IS *******! and even Sadder that No one bothers replying to an email sent to "***
