Poor Liberty Customer Service

Appears Liberty have yet to fully understand what valuable customer service entails. All one gets is pushed from pillar to post to wait 3 days, wait 5 days etc. Agents make promises and do not deliver on. One wonders how they stay in business with this level of deplorable customer service. I'm sure there are better companies that offer service that is worthy.
