Poor experience from financial advisor
NB: this is mean't for the Financial Services division so considering they dont respond to Hello Peter feedback I am hoping someone at the Life division can escalate to someone there who cares about customer experience.
I moved financial advisors earlier this year due to poor experience or non-existent service. Liberty had allocated financial advisor (JM) to my portfolio which was really good from the start but the engagements seem to have declined over the past 4 weeks.
Long story short, after initiating a portfolio switch on 14-July-2022 and nothing being done to date with the exception of being told yesterday that the allocation was incorrect as it placed me in a high risk area I requested a telephonic discussion to resolve and have been ignored in terms of contact being made.
The FA agreed to the discussion time but then had to go to the office. After expecting a telephonic call I called and asked (JM) why he was ghosting me to which he became aggressive and confrontational.
He advised that he was with a client and we can chat "now." I was under the assumption that I would be first on the "to-do" list but it seems like he is doing me a favour.
This behaviour is extremely poor and it always seems like I am chasing him for progress... a very reactive approach.
After calling their call centre to have an immediate change of the financial advisor, none of them were able to take my call; they must be really raking in clients I guess.
Liberty seems to be a law upon themselves and only preach customer service.
