Poor customer service

Good day

This is by far the worst customer experience one received considering you a long standing client with a liberty for 30+ years

The broker gets no results and I as a client has to request numerous times for feedback and rectification but to no avail

Sadly I will not encourage my clients to take policies with Liberty
