Poor customer service

Been trying to get hold of Liberty for a week since last week. Today i called them 6 times Spoke to three people still not close to being helped. One team lead by name of Oratile promised Katlego he will call me within 30 Min, that was at 16:04, at 16:40 he was nowhere to be found and still hasnt called me.

Maybe next time i should drive to their offices
