POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's been 11 working days waiting for a cash payout on a policy I pay consistently monthly, after numerous phone calls tracking the payout I was sent from pillar to post, I was then told 10working days, am on day 11 today, after numerous calls of the staff I was dismissly told the payout was done today and I will wait for 48 hours for payment, a Lebogang Mogadime told me there's nothing she can do, I am not the only client and she just processed my payment, I calked multiple times speaking to Nosipho and Basiame who were very non chalant about the tracking of payment, very casually dismissive I spoke a colored lady who refused to provide me with her bane and she dared me to write a review, denying me to speak to her superior Liberty your a **** of a company with your *********** staff
