Poor customer service

Very poor service when it comes to giving clients feedback. I get feedback once every week. All documents submitted from the 3 September every week one thing is being done despite me asking for feedback on a regular basis I'm just being ignored there auto reply states they will give feedback with 24 hours after my email but since Monday I have been asking for feedback and not one call or a reply on my email.
