I am tired of fighting a battle where a policy was cancelled 2022 and paid to my late mother.

since than payments was reversed twice upon my request but the following months the stop order was not cancelled.

again, I informed liberty life to stop and reversed the payments but nothing is happening. my mom pass on today I received a letter date 3 February 2024 policy number ***
