Poor Conduct

I wish to voice my disgust at the conduct of your consultants. I do not understand where the concept of customer services went. Lungi from Stanlib connected me with one Nompi from Liberty Direct who is adamant she can't help unless I make contact with my mother, what nonsense is that. I myself have trained many Customer Serviced agents in my time and humanity has always been central. This is just poor from STANLIB and LIBERTY DIRECT. Poor!
