Poor Claim turn around time Liberty

I am sorely disappointed at the turn around time for claims being paid out by Liberty.

When you need to activate a policy everything is done telephonicly and efficiently. When it's time to request a payout the run around time is ridiculous.

I have submitted my documents for a retrenchment claim. All my documents are in order however I've been told only on the 27th of May will they let me know the outcome. The whole point of a retrenchment benefit is so assist when you are not working.

Poor poor service Liberty.
