Poor attitude and service
Service levels at Liberty have deterioted- no wonder ppl are considering moving their business elsewhere

The service levels at Liberty vs prior years has downgraded to a govt institute (home affairs) - I am sad to say I will never recommend anyone to use Liberty. I am yet to get a call from your team
