POLICY SURRENDER

Dear Hellopeter.

Please assist me. I have since sent documents to Liberty Life on the 2nd to surrender my education builder policies. They said it will take 5 working days to process the funds but till to date nothing has been paid. I called on Tuesday and the said they will pay nakanjani. yesterday I sent them an e-mail but they are not responding. Please help and can this funds be processed and made available today. I am not borrowing this money.
