Policy renewal *****

I am Koko Lizzie Mangena from Limpopo, Polokwane. I joined liberty life insurance on the 1st february 2009 and started paying monthly installment of R171.00 from 1st April 2009 to 26 September 2023.

I went to claim my premiums during September 2023 since none of my insured members passed on and I was told that I have a new policy number which is ***, my old policy number was ***4 and I am saddened that my policy was renewed without my consent.

I got assisted by Natasia from liberty her email is *** from the day I joined liberty till the day I went to cancel my policy since I could not claim my premiums since none of my insured members passed on during the 14 year period of my policy.

I am getting ****** and taken advantage of since my initial policy had premiums worth R27 702.00 and was renewed without my consent. I am 70 years old and I am taken advantaged of since I am an old lady.
