Policy refund

I'm disgusted with the service that I got from liberty life ,I had three policy's with liberty since 2018 they advised me to switch my policy's around March 2021 to make it one the other three will be cancelled and I will be refunded, but they did not cancel those policy until today May 2022 I'm double billed for the same policy it's been 14 months now they promised to refund all my premiums that was deducted since last year I tried to call liberty they keep on promising me that I will get my refunds since 05 April 2022 I have been calling and sending emails . last week Wednesday I called them they said my claim was processed I will get money within 48 hours nothing happened I call them again different story again thier consultant said she will escalate the matter ..I got the same excuses all the time I'm not happy with the service I got from them..I'm very disappointed
