Policy refund

Liberty life promised to respond privately to my review, of which they did and they cancelled the policy but they don’t want to refund me my premiums. All I need an assistance to get my monthly premiums from Liberty Life from policy *** I had no clue about. What is worse its been deducting from my salary R450 pm. It’s so sad that I have just realised this now. Getting salary advice through emails is what made me noticed this unfair deduction☹️
