Good day, i really want to express my feelings about the excellent service i received from Liberty Life, my late father had few policies with Liberty, while he was still alive i was receiving correspondence via email with regards to the maturity of the investments and so for. When my dad passed on we advised Liberty and they forwarded few claimants forms to fill in and submit them without asking so many question, the correspondence was done via email which makes my life much easier as both my parents are deaf and dump. The process of submitting the forms went smoothly and when ever there were documents required the staff will contact me in a friendly manner and sympathise for the loss of my dad. Words are so inadequate to express the overwhelming service i got from all the people i was in touch with during the processing of claiming thumb up and keep the ball rolling and not forget to keep your client on the loop. Now i have a change of heart to invest with Liberty life after such a great service.
