Policy claim
This has been the worst experience ever dealing with very *********** people. I’ve submitted all the documents requested and yet keep getting asked to resubmit the same thing. It’s like a delaying tactic. I’m never going to advise anyone to take any kind of policy with Liberty. It has the worst treatment ever. Especially this agent called Zama. The worst of the worst.

23 Oct 2024, 15:41Please ask for the lady Bontle. She is the only person that has been helpful in this regard. The only setback is that she is not in the claims department hence the matter is still pending. Zama is the one in the claims department that has been making this a very unpleasant experience.
