Policy cancelled without my knowledge and long Reinstatement process

I refer to Complaint Reference ***. Liberty Life cancelled my Life Insurance Policy without my knowledge. I then receive a Reinstatement form to reinstate my cover and it is 18 PAGES LONG! Why do I have to go through a whole process again when everything is the same? Liberty life please contact me urgently so we can find an alternative way of doing this, other companies cover you within 5 minutes. I have been with you for 6 years and this is how you treat me? South Africa stay away from Liberty Life, please please insure yourself with competent companies who can get things done efficiently and speedily. This is utterly ridiculous.
