Policy

Hello guys I have never received such terrifying service from anyone.. I have a policy with liberty for 5 years and it was an investment plan for my son.. if I had to die today my son was going to receive 8000 from a policy his mother has been paying for 5 years.. what's saddens me is that the policy no has even changed and I wasn't notified.. I called and find out that I have a pay out of 1800 if I didn't call would I have been notified? My policy is up to date but its not receiving premiums.. this has broken me to the core as I trusted liberty with my son's future.
