Policy

I have a policy with Liberty that I need them to pay out to me but now it's a problem for them to pay me out when they where taking the money there was no problem now I have a problem due to covid19 circumstances and funds are really needed cause I have a family to support and I really need that money they are giving me a story of if the amount is over a certain amount you cant access your own money now to me it does not make any sense when my family is in need of funds me as the owner of the policy should be able to access those funds in the case of an emergency please can you assist in this regard so that I can get my money back please
