Policies Feedback since 2018 pending no communication

Good Morning

I would like to send the review on the above and the other funeral policies i had with this two insurance my late husband since passed away in 2018 than the insurance told me to submit the post mortem of which i did summitted the documents but since than they have been quite no feedback or any communication from Assupol and Liberty regarding the policies or anything and i did send them all the document requested last year March to the following people ( Ms Jane Mashabela) Assupol and for Liberty ( Mrs H Swanepoel ) My Name is Violet the Late is S Mdhluli thank you .
