Its pretty much a given every so many months there'll be some recurring *****-up on their end which you have to follow-up with numerous emails and calls to get resolved- if at all. `Outdated contact info despite having emailed the necessary documents to update same in their records? Check. Encrypted documents mailed with the wrong passport number? Check. Nastygrams from their credit department threatening to cancel your policy for a non-existent balance due? Check. These are just the examples I could come up with off the cuff. I really don't have the vocabulary to describe just how awful they are. Engage their services at your own risk.
