I keep getting calls from +27 (11) 558 000, possibly 3 so far trying to sell me a funeral policy. When I answer the call there is a pause before it redials and connects to the call centre which is infuriating in itself. Today I asked the operator how I could remove myself from the contact list and he had no idea and continued to try sell me on a Liberty product, take a hint. I may have solicited contact once upon a time but I want to be removed immediately. Contact from these confrontational and unhelpful call centre operators drags down an otherwise good brand.
