The above is from the LIBERTY WEBSITE , My experience , Liberty wants monthly checkups which i have to pay , even though my sick certificate states i am booked off for a extended period. Then last month my income protection was paid on the 21st This month no payment even though my claim was approved. So since friday i am in default with debit orders , So please advise how are you taking the financial constraints of my hands , This Policy only negatively affects my health. IMAGINE stressing each month whether or not a policy will pay , i waited my 3 months waiting period , If i knew Liberty was this bad i would never have joined , a friend of mine who is with Sanlam ,income protection had no issue with claiming and payments , she send her sick note and medical evidence and each month her income was paid without any terms and conditions, I provided all my medical notes well in time for you to asses the claim but you can't make a payment in time. Words cannot explain how i feel.
