Hi. At 9h36 on 21 September I received an unsolicited telephone call on my cel phone from a Liberty Life agent trying to sell me funeral and disability cover. I have opted out of all direct marketing communications on the consumer database. I asked where the agent had got my details from, and she told me from the consumer database. Please investigate Liberty Life, and revert as to where you got my details from and why the opt out on the direct marketing database was ignored. I await your response.
