PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE

Hi there<br> <br> I received a mail today saying that i owe you R73.71.<br> <br> I know my premium goes up each year but i start paying this in January my January payment was R805.26 as per my current policy schedule and in December i still paid the usual R700 odd rand.<br> <br> Am i supposed to start paying the new premium in December? As i never receive any reminder that the policy will go up so i just start paying the new amount at the end of January.<br> <br> Please can you advise and if it is the case that i should have paid this in December already i will only be able to pay the additional R73.71 on the 25th of February.<br> <br> Please can you be so kind as to advise me when my premium goes up and from when am i supposed to start paying the new amount.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Rgds
