Pleas close Stash account

I need access to my daughter's account... I have been trying upload the statements for months now but I always get an error, I have complaint their complaints portal, no response... I called they advised that the stash department will call me in 10-20 min and that was an hour ago.

I would like the funds to be transferred to my/daughters account and please close the Stash account
