Pillar to post

Got car insurance from Liberty and was informed I need to download the app in order to qualify for a discount when I signed up, got the app and passed the test and never got the discount, when I enquired I got sent from pillar to post, guess asked to speak to this person and that person and ultimately didn’t get assistance or a proper answer.
