Personal information shared with another beneficiary

Good day, I received and email from requesting outstanding information from *** which included my personal information i.e amount I am paying towards my bond. I was not the only recipient of this email, another beneficiary was included in the email. I am not happy with the other beneficiary knowing my financial information or my email address being shared. The email should have been sent to the broker or directly to me. Now details regarding the amount I am paying towards my bond have been shared how will you fix this?
