Perfect customer service

I received a call from Liberty Yesterday. i was so shocked when the lady said will like to verify the policy i took. i explained to the lady that i have never taken any policy with liberty. if liberty did not verify policies i will be shocked with a debit order month end. Thank you Liberty for you kindness and vigilance when it comes to policies.
